NEWSWhen oil leakage is detected, first check whether there are any abnormal phenomena in the sealing area. There are usually two situations that can be judged.
Category 1: When there are no abnormalities in the sealing components
1. Oil leakage at low pressure and no leakage at high pressure, caused by poor surface roughness during assembly - improve surface roughness to 3.2-6.3umry and use seals with lower hardness
2. The oil ring of the piston rod becomes larger, and a few drops of oil will drip every stroke. The reason for this is that the lip of the dust ring scrapes off the oil film and the dust ring is replaced.
3. There are two reasons for oil leakage at low temperatures and no oil leakage at high temperatures. One is that the eccentricity is too large, and the other is that the material selection of the seal is inappropriate. Choosing a cold resistant seal can solve the problem.
Category 2: In case of abnormal sealing components
1. The surface of the main oil seal has hardened, and the sliding surface has cracked; Reason - Abnormal high-speed working pressure is too high.
2. The surface of the main oil seal has hardened, causing the entire sealed oil seal to break and shatter; Reason - The hydraulic oil has deteriorated and the oil temperature has abnormally increased, resulting in ozone damage to the seals and oil leakage.
3. The wear on the surface of the main oil seal is as smooth as a mirror; Reason - During micro motion, the pressure is too high and the stroke is small.
4. The mirror wear on the surface of the main oil seal is uneven, and the sealing component shows signs of swelling; Reason - Excessive lateral pressure and eccentricity, improper use of oil and cleaning solution.
5. The sliding surface of the main oil seal is damaged and worn; Reason - Poor electroplating, rust spots, rough mating surface, improper material selection of piston rod, containing impurities.
6. There are rupture scars and pressure marks on the top of the main oil seal lip; Reason - Improper assembly chamfering, improper installation and storage methods.
7. There are indentations on the sliding surface of the main oil seal; Reason - Hidden foreign objects.
8. There are cracks on the lip of the main oil seal; Reason - Improper use of oil, high or low working temperature, high back pressure, high speed, and excessive pulse pressure frequency.
9. The main oil seal has carbonization, burning, and deterioration; Reason - Residual air generates adiabatic compression.
10. The main oil seal has cracks squeezed out from the heel; Reason - Excessive pressure, large extrusion gap, improper use of support rings, and unreasonable installation groove design.
