NEWSThe types of sealing rings generally include the following:
(1) IIR butyl rubber sealing ring
It is suitable for use in chemical or vacuum environments, with a temperature range of -50 ℃ to 110 ℃. Its main advantages are:
a. Good airtightness, heat resistance, ozone resistance, and good insulation performance.
b. Has good resistance to polar solvents such as alcohols, ketones, and esters.
Although it has the above advantages, it cannot be used simultaneously with petroleum solvents, kerosene, or aromatic hydrocarbons.
(2) NBR nitrile rubber sealing ring
This type of sealing ring can be used in media such as hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, gasoline, water, lubricating grease, and silicone oil, with a temperature range of -40 ℃ to 110 ℃
(3) FLS fluorosilicone rubber sealing ring
It can be used in aerospace, with a temperature range of -50 ℃ to 200 ℃. Its main characteristics are oil and solvent resistance, and its high and low temperature performance is also very good.
(4) CR chloroprene rubber sealing ring
It is suitable for various flame resistant and chemically corrosion-resistant sealed environments, and is not afraid of direct sunlight. Its operating temperature is -55 ℃ -120 ℃, but it is not suitable for strong acids, nitro hydrocarbons, esters, chloroform, and ketone chemicals.
